Zima Blue was among the early crew that joined PAWS months before we opened our doors.

After losing his original owner, Zima found himself in need of a new home. A kind maid stepped in, caring for him with compassion while the family handled estate matters. Eventually, Zima found his way to the Mijas adoption center. Shortly after, we spotted him and knew he belonged with us. We brought him to the cozy summer home where all the cats were getting to know each other, and he began his new chapter with PAWS ♡

From the start, Zima was wonderfully well-behaved — no trouble at all, just quiet grace. We quickly noticed his love for heights: he’ll find the tallest perch and beam down at you with those precious green eyes. He’s a master of stealth too — so quiet and sneaky, he can appear beside you without a sound.

Zima is a natural observer, content to watch the world go by. We soon learned he prefers the simple things in life — a freshly opened cardboard box beats any fancy toy every time! He also loves to “sing” in his soft, melodic way, and when the mood strikes, he’ll happily chase a toy with playful energy. Overall though, he’s one of our more relaxed residents — calm, composed, and perfectly happy in peaceful moments.
