Jim Carrey is Enrique Iglesias’ brother and one of Delilah’s sweet boys — he came to us from the same breeder as his mum and brother, arriving over the summer months and well before PAWS opened its doors.

Both Jim and Enrique needed a little extra intentional care at the beginning. Enrique was super shy, while Jim was the complete opposite — a crazy, wild bundle of energy who was always getting into mischief and full of non-stop play. That’s why we kept the brothers in a quiet, separate home for most of the summer. It let us give them our full attention, helping Enrique feel safe and Jim channel his chaos in a calm space, without the added excitement of the bigger group. It was exactly what they needed to start settling in ♡

When Jim first joined the full crew, he was a whirlwind of energy — a very naughty and wild little boy who kept us on our toes! He was always getting into mischief, full of playful antics, and you had to keep an eye on him to see what adventure he’d find next. But through all the chaos, he was always a sweet boy at heart, with a loving sparkle in his eyes.

Time with the other cats — and lots of patient play from our team — has helped him settle beautifully. Jim has wound down from his non-stop spring energy, but he still loves a good play session when the mood strikes. He’s grown into a fun, affectionate cat who brings laughter and warmth to the cafe every day.
