Cat Interaction

  1. Gentle Touch: Do not pick up the cats. Allow them to come to you. Pet them gently and follow staff guidance.
  2. Respect Their Space: Do not disturb sleeping cats. If a cat retreats, do not follow or harass it.
  3. Supervised Play: Use toys provided by the cafe to play with the cats. Do not use personal items as toys.

Behavior

  1. Noise Levels: Maintain a quiet environment. Use headphones for electronic devices and keep conversations at a moderate volume.
  2. Respectful Conduct: Be respectful to other guests, staff, and cats. Disruptive behavior will result in removal from the premises.
  3. Cleanliness: Clean up after yourself and dispose of trash in designated bins.

Coworking Space

  1. Work Etiquette: Respect the coworking space by keeping noise to a minimum and cleaning your workspace before leaving.
  2. Reservations: Adhere to reservation and cancellation policies. Only use spaces you have reserved.
  3. Professional Use: The coworking area is for professional activities. Refrain from loud phone calls or disruptive behavior.

Safety and Emergency

  1. Allergies: Be aware that this environment may contain allergens. Inform staff if you experience any allergic reactions.
  2. Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. Follow staff instructions during emergencies.
  3. Health Issues: Inform staff immediately if a cat appears to be unwell or if you sustain any injuries.

Compliance

  1. Follow Instructions: Always follow the instructions of the staff. They are here to ensure the safety and well-being of both guests and cats.
  2. Report Issues: Report any issues or concerns to staff immediately. We are here to help.
  3. Liability Waiver: By entering Paws For A Moment, you agree to abide by these rules and acknowledge that failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the premises.

By entering Paws For A Moment (PFAM) Cat Café and Co-Working Space, all visitors agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Right to Refuse Service:

PFAM reserves the right to refuse service to any individual and may ask guests to leave the premises if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of house rules. This includes, but is not limited to, actions that may harm or distress the cats, staff, or other visitors. Refunds will not be issued in such circumstances.

2. Liability Waiver:

Visitors assume all risks associated with their visit, including any injuries that may result from interacting with the cats. PFAM is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred while on the premises.

3. Interaction with Cats:

All visitors must follow PFAM’s guidelines when interacting with the cats. Gentle interaction is required at all times. Visitors should not pick up the cats, disturb them while sleeping, or engage in any behavior that may cause stress or harm to the animals.

4. Health and Allergies:

Visitors are responsible for managing any personal health conditions, including allergies. PFAM is not liable for any allergic reactions or related health issues that may arise from exposure to the cats or the environment.

5. Damage to Property:

Any intentional or reckless damage caused by a visitor to PFAM’s property, including the café, co-working space, or cat-related structures, will result in the visitor being held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement.

6. Harm to Cats:

In the event that a visitor causes harm or injury to one of the cats, whether intentionally or through negligence, the visitor will be held fully responsible for all medical expenses related to the cat’s treatment. In the unfortunate event of a severe injury or death, the visitor will also be liable to compensate PFAM for the full cost of the cat, as well as any related veterinary or replacement expenses.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy:

Visitors may not take photos or videos of other customers or staff without their consent. Visitors are encouraged to share their experiences on social media while respecting the privacy of others.

8. Amendments:

PFAM reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to visit, visitors agree to be bound by the most current version of the terms.
