By entering Paws For A Moment (PFAM) Cat Café and Co-Working Space, all visitors agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Right to Refuse Service:

PFAM reserves the right to refuse service to any individual and may ask guests to leave the premises if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of house rules. This includes, but is not limited to, actions that may harm or distress the cats, staff, or other visitors. Refunds will not be issued in such circumstances.

2. Liability Waiver:

Visitors assume all risks associated with their visit, including any injuries that may result from interacting with the cats. PFAM is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred while on the premises.

3. Interaction with Cats:

All visitors must follow PFAM’s guidelines when interacting with the cats. Gentle interaction is required at all times. Visitors should not pick up the cats, disturb them while sleeping, or engage in any behavior that may cause stress or harm to the animals.

4. Health and Allergies:

Visitors are responsible for managing any personal health conditions, including allergies. PFAM is not liable for any allergic reactions or related health issues that may arise from exposure to the cats or the environment.

5. Damage to Property:

Any intentional or reckless damage caused by a visitor to PFAM’s property, including the café, co-working space, or cat-related structures, will result in the visitor being held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement.

6. Harm to Cats:

In the event that a visitor causes harm or injury to one of the cats, whether intentionally or through negligence, the visitor will be held fully responsible for all medical expenses related to the cat’s treatment. In the unfortunate event of a severe injury or death, the visitor will also be liable to compensate PFAM for the full cost of the cat, as well as any related veterinary or replacement expenses.

7. Late-Night Package Use:

The Late-Night Package is exclusively valid for bookings made between 9 PM and 12 Midnight. Any bookings made for hours outside of this specific timeframe, including those mistakenly purchased for earlier hours, will not qualify for the discounted late-night price. Customers are advised to review booking details carefully before purchase, as adjustments will not be made for incorrect bookings.

8. Children Under 9:

Children under the age of 9 are not permitted on the premises. Minors over 9 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and the adult will be responsible for ensuring the minor follows all rules and guidelines.

9. Emergency Procedures:

Visitors must familiarize themselves with emergency exits and follow staff instructions in case of an emergency.

10. Confidentiality and Privacy:

Visitors may not take photos or videos of other customers or staff without their consent. Visitors are encouraged to share their experiences on social media while respecting the privacy of others.

11. Amendments:

PFAM reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to visit, visitors agree to be bound by the most current version of the terms.
